The Institution was created during my time as an undergrad at USC's Roski School of Fine Arts. Inspired by the amounts of bars I saw on homes and other structures in Los Angeles when I first arrived, The Institution is an exploration into the world of American public schools and the cold, dreary, and sometimes even scary academic careers our students must endure.
